A full redesign of the website of a marina on the Venetian coast, rebuilt as a one-pager in Framer and launched in a month.
An old site that wasn’t doing much for the marina
It opened with a photo of a photo: an aerial shot framed in rope, with the logo printed across the middle. Below that were a bulleted list of facilities, a row of association badges and almost nothing a visitor could act on.

Designed for the phone first
Seven out of ten visitors arrive on a phone. The old site had never been built for that, so I designed the mobile layout first and the desktop version after it.

The boat catalog
The boats-for-sale section existed before the redesign, but it was empty, out of date and unused. I rebuilt it as a catalog of 25 listings, filterable by boat type, each with photos, year, length, engine, condition and price, and its own detail page. It runs on Framer’s CMS, so the marina can manage it without me.

Where it stands
The boats section is now the most visited part of the site after the homepage, and boats have been sold through it.
