Description
Signorini & Coco have been making art furniture since 1968. I designed the part of their website that presents Wonderland, their new collection at the time, and cleaned up the visual design of the other pages.
A catalog you leaf through
The approach
People don’t visit a furniture site looking for a product code. They want to see the pieces and get a sense of whether they’d fit in a room they have in mind. So the layout uses large images, plenty of space around each piece, and collections you scroll through in sequence instead of a grid of results.
About half of the images are photos and half are renders. Most of the work was making the two sit together so you can’t tell which is which.
